Activities:

Project Management and Coordination

Strong project management forms the foundation of INNOVATE360. Led by Kastoria Chamber, this activity ensures effective coordination among all partners, clear communication, quality assurance, risk management, budget control, monitoring, evaluation, and timely implementation. Regular meetings, shared digital workspaces, progress reviews, and partner cooperation support the delivery of high-quality results.

The Kick-Off Meeting brings the project partners together at the beginning of the project to define roles, responsibilities, timelines, communication procedures, quality standards, and implementation strategies. Hosted in Slovakia, the meeting establishes the framework for cooperation and ensures that all partners are aligned with INNOVATE360’s objectives and expected outcomes.

INNOVATE360 begins with a needs assessment phase focused on identifying the digital skills and sustainability training requirements of young entrepreneurs. The report provides the evidence base for the development of training modules, mentoring activities, and e-Hub resources that respond directly to the needs of the target groups.

The partners develop customised training modules and materials focused on digital marketing, e-commerce essentials, green entrepreneurship strategies, and sustainable business practices. These resources are designed to provide young entrepreneurs with practical knowledge, hands-on exercises, and tools that can be applied in real business contexts.

A training session in Greece gives participants the opportunity to test the developed modules, provide feedback, and strengthen their skills through interactive learning. The activity supports practical application, peer learning, and continuous improvement of the educational materials.

The project creates a dedicated online platform for young entrepreneurs. The Innovation e-Hub serves as a collaborative digital space where users can access resources, connect with peers and mentors, participate in virtual meetings, exchange ideas, and build entrepreneurial networks across borders.

The e-Hub is enriched with learning resources, digital tools, co-working features, virtual meeting rooms, discussion forums, and audiovisual elements. These features make the platform practical, inclusive, and easy to use for young entrepreneurs, mentors, and stakeholders.

Through the e-Hub platform, participants take part in workshops and programmes that strengthen digital skills, entrepreneurship knowledge, and sustainable business practices. The activities support young people in using digital tools strategically and integrating green principles into business development.

INNOVATE360 connects aspiring young entrepreneurs with experienced mentors who provide guidance, advice, and support for business development and growth. Mentoring relationships help participants address individual challenges, refine business ideas, and build confidence in their entrepreneurial journey.

The project organises online networking activities, webinars, and community discussions to encourage peer learning, collaboration, and exchange of ideas. These activities help build an active entrepreneurial community and create opportunities for cooperation among participants, mentors, and stakeholders.

The Interim Meeting in Serbia allows the consortium to review project progress, evaluate implementation, coordinate upcoming activities, and strengthen cooperation among partners. The meeting supports quality assurance and alignment before the final phases of the project.

Dissemination activities ensure that INNOVATE360 reaches a wide audience. Partners promote project results through the project website, social media, newsletters, printed materials, local multiplier events, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach. These activities increase awareness of digital skills, sustainable entrepreneurship, and youth-led innovation.

Each partner country hosts a multiplier event to present the project results, engage local stakeholders, and encourage continued support for youth entrepreneurship initiatives. These events involve youth organisations, local authorities, educational institutions, businesses, mentors, and community representatives.

The Final Conference in Bulgaria presents the overall achievements, resources, lessons learned, and impact of INNOVATE360. It brings together partners, participants, stakeholders, and community representatives to celebrate the project results and plan future sustainability actions.

The project includes evaluation and sustainability activities to assess results, collect feedback, measure impact, and ensure long-term use of the developed resources. The sustainability plan supports continued access to the e-Hub, training materials, communication channels, and cooperation networks after the project ends.
