Innovate360 Project
The INNOVATE360 Project, supported by the Erasmus+ programme, is a European initiative dedicated to empowering young people through digital skills, sustainable entrepreneurship, innovation, and youth-led collaboration. The project responds to the growing need for young entrepreneurs to adapt to a fast-changing economy where digital readiness, green practices, and entrepreneurial confidence are essential for long-term success.
At the heart of INNOVATE360 is the empowerment of young entrepreneurs in Kastoria and the wider Balkan region. Through practical training, mentoring, online collaboration, and access to digital resources, the project supports young people in developing the skills they need to create, strengthen, and scale sustainable business ideas. The project focuses on digital marketing, e-commerce, green entrepreneurship, sustainable business practices, networking, and innovation-driven community development.
About Project:
INNOVATE360 also establishes a youth-led Innovation e-Hub, a digital space designed to connect young entrepreneurs, mentors, youth workers, local businesses, educational institutions, and community stakeholders. The e-Hub will provide access to learning resources, virtual meeting rooms, discussion spaces, co-working features, online events, and tools that encourage collaboration beyond geographical borders.
The project places strong emphasis on active citizenship, employability, youth initiative, and inclusive participation. By combining digital transformation with sustainability, INNOVATE360 encourages young people to become active contributors to their communities, develop responsible business models, and participate in a more resilient entrepreneurial ecosystem.
By bringing together partners from Greece, Serbia, Slovakia, and Bulgaria, INNOVATE360 creates a transnational space for knowledge exchange, capacity building, mentoring, and long-term cooperation. The project envisions a Europe where young entrepreneurs are equipped with the digital, green, and entrepreneurial competences needed to build innovative futures for themselves and their communities.
