About Us

INNOVATE360, Initiative for Novel Innovations, Entrepreneurship, and Advancements, is a collaborative Erasmus+ project created to strengthen the digital and sustainable entrepreneurship capacities of young people. The project combines non-formal education, digital learning, practical entrepreneurship training, mentoring, online community building, and dissemination activities to support young entrepreneurs and the organisations that work with them.

The project was developed in response to the challenges faced by young entrepreneurs, including limited access to digital skills training, insufficient mentoring opportunities, the need to integrate sustainability into business practices, and the lack of structured spaces for cross-border collaboration. INNOVATE360 addresses these needs by offering practical learning opportunities and creating a supportive ecosystem for youth-led innovation.

Through needs assessment, the project identifies the digital skills and sustainability training requirements of young entrepreneurs. These findings guide the development of customised training modules, learning materials, workshops, mentoring activities, and the youth-led Innovation e-Hub.

The INNOVATE360 consortium brings together five organisations with complementary expertise in business support, youth empowerment, non-formal education, community engagement, rural development, digital learning, environmental awareness, and entrepreneurship. Together, they aim to create resources and cooperation structures that remain useful beyond the project duration and can be applied by youth organisations, mentors, educators, local authorities, and entrepreneurship stakeholders across Europe.

INNOVATE360 is more than a training project; it is a shared effort to help young people turn ideas into action, develop sustainable business mindsets, strengthen employability, and build a culture of innovation across local and European communities.
